MURAL TOUR

Visual arts in the Visalia community are alive and well. You can see that with the many beautiful murals lining, not only the downtown streets, but throughout the city. Our murals have been thought out and developed as ways to express cultural and historical appreciation. You may even spot a few pieces that are not on the map!

On a visit to Mooney Grove Park, look for five new murals added in the fall of 2022 as well as two that adorn the exterior of Mooney Grove Museum. Local artists created these works that visitors can look for on the grounds of the park:

• "Horse Carousel" by Colleen Mitchell Veyna Design Studios
• "California Poppies" by Heidi Steinman
• "Mooney Grove Postcard" by Katy Kemalyan
