Come a little early or stay a few days after the event to enjoy all our area has to offer. Visalia is surrounded by premier outdoor recreation including two national parks: Sequoia & Kings Canyon. We encourage you to explore this charming and friendly community. Below are suggestions for visiting the local National Parks and other things to do and places to explore during your visit. Of course, we are happy to answer questions or help you plan. Enjoy your stay.
Passports are available at the Arts Consortium for $10. With only a limited quantity, pick up your travel guide before they run out! While the passport needs to be purchased the event still remains free. Visit the Arts Consortium website to view the FREE digital map of all the locations the day before and during the event. The Passport is not needed to visit the participating locations.
ABOUT SVAT PASSPORTS
Community members visiting the artist studios will need to acquire a SVAT Passport, the official SVAT travel guide, or use the digital map.
The Passport is a keepsake booklet that features artist bios, previews of artist work, maps and directions needed to access the studios and artists, and gives you the chance to win prizes in our Stamp Rally!
Visitors who want to use the FREE digital map will have access to it the day before and during the event. The digital map only contains the artist's locations.
Find information about participating artists and locations on the Arts Consortium website: https://artsconsortium.org/events/acsvat/ or by buying your SVAT passport at the Arts Consortium: 340 E. Oak Ave, Suite 112, Visalia Tuesday – Friday from 10am – 3pm.
