Family Cub Club Class

The Family Cub Club brings a new hands-on class each month designed for families to explore nature and wildlife together. This November we are excited to present our popular Tracks and Trails class! You become the expert and collect the evidence to tell tracks apart to determine what animal created it. Discover the importance of strides and how cats can move through their environments virtually undetected. Towards the end of class you’ll even get to plaster cast your very own bobcat paw print to take home. The lesson continues on trail as we hike and meet the cats of the Cat Haven! Class starts at 11 AM After class we’ll take a short break – Bring lunch! Cat Haven does not serve food, but we sell snacks and drinks in the gift shop. After the break we’ll hit the trail and visit all of the cats and continue our learning adventure!
